Hope Ministry Centre (HMC) | Hope for the Hopeless. Help for the Helpless. Manipur, India is in desperate need of hope. This region of Southeast Asia (Northeast India) is ravaged by overwhelming terrorism and insurgency, unusually high rates of HIV/AIDS, and a heroin addiction of monumental proportions. In the wake of these unbelievable epidemics are children -- and a community left behind without hope.
