Kabaddi (an Indian version of “tag”) is his favorite game to play. When he grows up he would like to be a “Deputy Commissioner” (similar to Mayor). He believes a Deputy Commissioner should be a "good person."
Richard's father died in an ethnic clash in 1997. Richard's mother is unable to care for him because of mental illness. Richard's sister Cheryl is also at HMC.
